Data separation
Data is isolated by organization and by authorized users.
OccasoMarketing productivity for real estateTECHNOLOGY PARTNERS AND DATA PROVIDERS
Occaso is designed to collaborate with data providers and real estate platforms within an official, controlled framework that respects their rules of use. Our goal is to let authorized professionals reduce manual data entry and turn structured real estate data into marketing opportunities, while keeping human approval before any publication.
WHY OCCASO REQUESTS DATA
Data helps avoid re-entering the same information, identify communication opportunities and prepare consistent content. Occaso does not seek to freely republish third-party data or bypass a platform’s terms of use.
Data is isolated by organization and by authorized users.
Users can only view the information they are authorized to access.
Connections to external platforms use the authorization mechanisms those platforms provide.
Key import, preparation and publishing actions can be tracked.
A connection can be disabled once access is no longer required.
PER-BROKER AUTHORIZATION
Occaso does not plan for a blanket access to a provider’s data. The final authorization model will be adapted to the mechanisms, permissions and requirements defined by the data provider, and Occaso will apply the access, retention, use and disclosure rules set out in the applicable agreement.
PROPOSED USE CASE
When an authorized source provides a property’s data, Occaso can normalize it and use it to detect relevant marketing opportunities.
No post is published without human approval.
