The commercial subscription model is not yet publicly launched. This page states the principles Occaso intends to follow before paid subscriptions are offered.

Clear terms before purchase

Subscription price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation method and any applicable refund rules will be shown before payment.

Cancellation

Customers will be given a practical way to request cancellation. The effective date and access consequences will depend on the commercial plan accepted at purchase.

Renewals

Any automatic-renewal mechanism will be disclosed before purchase and handled according to applicable law and the accepted plan.

Refunds

Refund eligibility will depend on the published commercial terms and any mandatory rights that apply. Occaso will not advertise a refund promise that is not actually offered.
