Occaso is operated by 9306-0564 Québec inc., a Quebec corporation registered under NEQ 1170193834.

2. Professional service

Occaso is intended primarily for real estate professionals, teams and agencies. Users remain responsible for verifying factual information, professional obligations, advertising rules and the rights required to publish content.

3. Accounts and authorization

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and access only data, organizations, pages and integrations they are authorized to use.

4. Generated content

AI-assisted copy, images and recommendations are drafts or assistance tools. They must be reviewed before use. Occaso does not guarantee that generated content is error-free or legally sufficient for a particular transaction.

5. Third-party services

Use of Facebook, Instagram, MLS systems, data providers or other third-party services remains subject to their own terms, permissions and availability. A reference to a platform does not imply a partnership unless explicitly stated.

6. Acceptable use

Users may not use Occaso to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, platform rules, access controls or another party’s authorization.

7. Availability and changes

Occaso is under active development. Features may change, be unavailable or be withdrawn as the product evolves or as third-party requirements change.

8. Commercial terms

Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be presented clearly before any paid public subscription is offered.
